Ryan Bain serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Luxor Legacy Services, bringing over two decades of progressive experience in the petroleum industry and a wealth of expertise in various domains. With a Post Graduate degree from Bangor Business School and a current membership in The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, Ryan holds a robust educational background. He also holds an impressive academic pursuit as a PhD candidate at Walden University in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
Ryan's career journey began with Shell Oil Products Company in an engineering capacity in the Bahamas, followed by a significant tenure of five and a half years at Chevron Oil Products Company. His tenure in the petroleum industry encompassed diverse roles, including engineering management, project management, environmental management, cost engineering, business/financial analysis, sales/marketing, budget forecasting, and general management across various Caribbean countries.
His experience extends beyond the petroleum industry, serving as a Board Member of the New Providence Port Authority, appointed by the Bahamas Government. This position provided Ryan with valuable insights into domestic maritime affairs in the Bahamas & Caribbean. Moreover, his contributions as a Petroleum Management Consultant at the Bahamas Ministry of Environment & Housing were instrumental in shaping policies regulating the petroleum sector, emission control, and waste management. Notably, Ryan's involvement as a member of the Bahamas National Oil Spill Committee further underscores his dedication to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.
In his role as CEO at Luxor Legacy Services, Ryan leverages his multifaceted expertise, strategic acumen, and profound understanding of regulatory frameworks to lead the company in providing comprehensive solutions for business clients.

Marc Genin, an Academy Award-winning television executive, contributes over 35 years of comprehensive expertise in Film, Television, and Telecommunications to Luxor Legacy Services. Throughout his career, Marc has primarily focused on live and as-live broadcasts, alongside streaming media. With 28 years in Senior Executive roles, Marc has adeptly managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls within Film and Television Production, Telecommunications, and associated technologies. He holds a prominent position as a Senior Consultant for distinguished Content Distributors, Venues, and Production Companies across the globe, providing invaluable insights and guidance to the industry.
Marc's extensive experience encompasses orchestrating major live events in sports and music, including prestigious engagements such as the Olympics, Soccer World Cups, and productions featuring A-List musical acts. He boasts a versatile portfolio spanning episodic television, scripted and unscripted, as well as long-form production. Additionally, his contributions to mobile wireless technologies, notably the global rollout of COFDM-based wireless transmission in manufacturing, showcase his technical prowess.
Demonstrating a profound understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of the Film and Television industry, Marc has led multiple award-winning initiatives, establishing himself as an industry innovator. He holds advisory roles in several prominent industry organizations, further solidifying his impact.
At Luxor Legacy Services, Marc leads the strategic vision and oversees operations as the VP of Operations. His role encompasses leveraging his extensive industry expertise to optimize Luxor's service offerings. Marc's leadership ensures the seamless execution of Luxor's services. With a robust background in Real Estate, Credit Risk, and Crypto Mining, Bryan Lubin serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Luxor Legacy Services. Hailing from San Diego, CA, Bryan's early exposure to commercial property development instilled in him a profound understanding of risk management within the Real Estate industry.
His career trajectory led him to New York, where he made significant contributions at Morgan Stanley by shaping credit risk policy for Ultra High Net Worth real estate lending. His expertise expanded further at Bank of New York Mellon, where he held the role of Chief Credit Officer. There, he spearheaded a startup business, collaborating with regulatory bodies like the OCC and CFPB, while working closely with C-Suite management to establish robust credit policies, ensure compliance, and secure legal approvals.
Bryan's remarkable expertise in real estate and credit risk seamlessly transitioned into the Crypto Mining community. Recognizing the need for transparency, procedural integrity, and creditworthiness in this emerging sector, he applied his industry knowledge to elevate standards for clients. Bryan's leadership played a pivotal role in implementing transparent processes for power generation verification within Green Tag Crypto (GTC). His efforts resulted in securing premium, well-capitalized clients who view Crypto as a long-term investment opportunity.
Under Bryan's guidance, GTC experienced exponential growth, boasting a power demand exceeding 2 Gigawatts and currently developing over 350MW of Crypto Mining Facilities. His expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning within diverse industries aligns with his role as CFO at Luxor Legacy Services.

As the Managing Member of The Myles Marketing Group, LLC, a strategic business development and marketing company, Frank specializes in connecting business owners, presidents, and CEOs with essential resources and contacts. His role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, guiding middle-market companies in their strategic growth and development.
Frank's significant tenure as the President & CEO of Creative Sports Management for over 25 years exemplifies his immersion in the Sports & Entertainment industry. Here, he represented players and coaches from Major League Baseball, the NBA, and NFL, showcasing his adeptness in negotiating, networking, and strategic decision-making. His career has included holding managerial and marketing positions in various finance, management, and marketing companies, such as First National Bank of Florida and Dun & Bradstreet Plan Services. This diverse experience has honed his expertise in crucial areas like business structuring, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, startups, and marketing.

As legal counsel for Luxor Legacy Services, Branville McCartney is a distinguished Barrister of the Inner Temple and the founding partner at Halsbury Chambers. He was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as well as the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 1990.
Mr. McCartney possesses a wealth of legal expertise coupled with extensive experience in both governance and legal services. He has held several significant political positions, including Member of Parliament, Minister of State for Tourism and Aviation, Minister of State for Immigration, and a term as a Senator. Additionally, he has held notable roles including Acting Stipendiary & Circuit Magistrate for the Civil and Traffic Division of the Magistrate’s Court and a part-time lecturer in Business Law and Banking Law at the College of The Bahamas (now The University of The Bahamas).
His civic engagement is extensive, having served as a former Director of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of the Chamber’s Crime Prevention Committee. He was honored by Toastmasters International Club 1600 in 2002 for his exceptional leadership and communication skills in the legal field. In recognition of his contributions, he was conferred the Honorary Doctorate Degree (Doctor of Human Letters) from Sojourner-Douglas College in 2010.

Jake McCorkle serves as the Executive VP of Innovation and Technology at Luxor Legacy Services, leveraging his 22 years of global business management, operations, and finance expertise. Renowned for his profound contributions in the telecommunications industry, Jake is an accomplished senior executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, spearheading multiple industry-related start-ups.
His leadership extends to overseeing the direction and management of Global Connect Communications (GCC), a global telecommunications company, and Transcendental Content Creators (TCC), a television and film production company based in the US Virgin Islands.
Jake holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Olivet University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, specializing in French literature and language. His commitment to continuous learning and growth drives his philosophy that ongoing learning, creativity, and adaptability are key to staying ahead in the competitive landscape and becoming a better professional.

Christen's professional journey encompasses impactful roles, notably as Marketing Manager and Independent Consultant at Simplified Outsourcing, where her adept management of marketing budgets contributed significantly to the company's strategic initiatives. Past engagements at Inter-American Development Bank, HR Business Solutions & Marketing, and Cable Bahamas Ltd provided her with invaluable experience in administrative support, human resources, and customer service.
